Support Meetings

TEDs ethos is to offer hope that Recovery is Possible.

We believe by giving sufferers and carers the chance to talk about the eating disorder in a friendly, safe and confidential environment and by offering practical strategies, support and information to sufferers and their carers that the recovery process can begin.

Newcomers are always welcome. You don’t even have to talk if you don’t feel like it, but we would love to see you, and we are always here for you. If you have any questions at all about attending a group, or anything else, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

About our support groups

We hold  monthly support groups  on the second Tuesday of each month, that are open to anyone whose lives are affected by an eating disorder in any way.

If you are suffering or supporting someone suffering from an eating disorder the group provides a confidential, supportive environment in which to talk and share experiences. We offer support and help you understand and locate the resources that are available to you.

We are a self-funding organisation, so ask for a donation of just £5 per person to help towards our running costs.
