Events
At TEDS, our events help bring people together – raising awareness, offering support and creating opportunities to connect. Whether we are attending conferences, hosting drop-ins or taking part in community awareness events, each one helps us reach more people affected by eating disorders.
Watch this space for upcoming TEDS events and opportunities to connect with us.

March 2026
Neurodiversity Week
Palm House, Sefton Park, Liverpool
This event was hosted by Neurodiverse Family Support, and the free drop-in event which took place was part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week. TEDS was invited to attend, alongside a range of other specialist services. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with families in our community, have meaningful conversations about ARFID and a range of eating disorders, and, with our range of supportive literature and publications, we could share and support those affected and those in a caring role.
We were pleased to offer guidance, raise awareness, and be a part of such a positive and supportive event. The event was very well attended, both because of the beautiful environment and also because of the fabulous weather which meant that people were milling around and were happy to call in and explore what we were all about!

Eating Disorder Awareness Week Drop-In
Clubmoor Children’s Centre, Liverpool
This drop in event proved to be very popular.
As we all know, the process of acknowledging, working through, and recovering from an eating disorder is a long and often relentless journey. It can take many twists and turns, and this was beautifully illustrated when Leigh unexpectedly met someone she had supported many years ago. We are delighted to share that she has gone on to make a full recovery, rebuild her life, and is now the proud mother of a beautiful baby daughter. It was an emotional and incredibly special reunion for Leigh.
Stories like this remind us that change is possible. Recovery is real, and there is always hope.
The facility also included a small private room, allowing us to offer one-to-one consultations in a safe and confidential environment. This proved invaluable on the day, as some individuals and carers find group settings challenging and benefit more from a quieter, more personal space

Scouse Girls Social Event
Boxpark, Liverpool
TEDS was invited to attend an event in Liverpool aimed at inspiring young girls, bringing together businesswomen, role models, and content creators for a large-scale experience. The TEDS stand attracted significant interest throughout the event, with many attendees engaging and receiving information about what we offer.

TEDS 25th Anniversary Christmas Event
Liverpool Beatles Museum, Mathew Strett, Liverpool
Celebrating 25 wonderful years of TEDS with a festive gathering was a fantastic opportunity for volunteers and families to come together, share special moments, and enjoy each other’s company.
The atmosphere was full of joy, laughter, and plenty of dancing — a truly memorable celebration for everyone involved!
Here’s to many more years of community, connection, and celebration!
